Somewhere along the line O2 are ‘stealing’ £25/month from me and I can not understand why. O2 have been unhelpful. I am not able to identify why they are taking that sim.
Blackmailing me.

When I signed up as a new customer we had a contract saying no price increases for 12 months, second month in and the price increases and continued to increase, I cancelled my account due to this breach of contract.
They are now threatening me saying I must pay them money or they will attack my credit score, this is blackmail and harassment.
Avoid these criminals! And the tax evading owner!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I signed up for an account months ago, but they kept delaying the install and postage dates for my broadband kit without warning. I was on with customer service multiple times to reschedule, but once off the phone, they would then change the install back to a date I had said multiple times I couldn't do. Eventually an engineer turned up and installed a faceplate, my TV now no longer works, and I have been trying to get VM to send a technician out (I have text messages confirming dates/times) and no one still has shown up. It has now been several weeks.

Faulty telephone line, abysmal service
The telephone line at my mother in law's has stopped working. We contacted virgin media to report the fault which was very difficult as no one was ansering the phone, we also tried the txt messaging to no avail.She has dementia and needs to have a working phone to enable us to tell her to take her medication and contact her regular. Virgin media service has been abysmal and can't gives us clue as to what is happening

Staff kept pretending they couldn’t hear me and then hanging up on me.
Services rarely work, avoid at all costs.
Over seas call centres who are rude and unhelpful with language barriers.
Virgin charge a fortune and cannot pay adequate staff to answer the phone just want to direct you to their website!!!! Disgusting disgusting disgusting, why are these large Companies never held accountable for how they miss treat their paying customers!!!!

I'm absolutely disgusted with virgin media been with them for numerous amount of years the TV is rubbish all repeats the same programme on 3 or 4 channels or films and shows from back before I was born repeated non stop , the landline we never use yet pay for I've had calls every day for I don't know how long half I don't answer because I'm fed up of repeating myself I DO NOT WANT TO PAY MORE THAN I ALREADY DO THE SERVICE IS NOT WORTH IT ....... VIRGIN MEDIA LOOK AFTER YOUR LONG TERM CUSTOMERS FOR A CHANGE GIVE US VALUE FOR MONEY instead of us paying ridiculous amounts for poor service if you can't then don't have your customer service team calling constantly....

I have never experienced worst customer service in all my life. Travelled over 150 miles to be in for a delivery of my wifi box. It got to 2pm with no delivery slot so I rang. They hadn’t even sent me a contract so the box hadn’t even been dispatched. It was then delivered 2 days later, which was no good to me as I had to travel back on the same day. Explained this to Virgin and was offered £20 credit cause they tried to blame Yodel when the fault clearly lies with Virgin. Explained this with screenshots to a ‘manger’ over 5 times and he just continued to ignore my point and offer £20. What a way to start with a company. Do not recommend.

I would give Virgin Media zero starts if I could.
I'm still waiting for compensation due to Virgin Media making me wait in for five hours without telling me that they couldn't install broadband. I've had numerous conversations on Facebook and they tell me to ring 0345 454 1111 but nobody answers which I already knew. Absolutely appalling service

Shocking service. So many problems since the 360 upgrade of V6 box - playback and catch up playback issues. Error message CS2200, CS2217 etc etc
Tried WhatsApp (wasted hours of my life i will never recoup) and Forum discussion - whatever happened to customer "service?!?!?"

Philippines call centre agents about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. UK one not any better other than they can speak English. Seems if you want to speak to a manager they’re non existent or can’t talk right now but have time to relay back to agents what to say. 8 calls to 8 different employees get cut off, phone put down on me and all refuse to let you speak to a manager. Offer packages that don’t exist then suddenly nobody can help. Promised calls back that never happened. Mary - Philippines. Some guy Philippines. Another lady - Philippines. Denise - UK. John-UK. Roberta - Philippines. Chloe - man apparently supervisor in Philippines. Lisa - UK. Zainab -UK. Zainab’s manager Rachel Gribbin who refused to speak to me for over 30 minutes whilst chatting and telling Zainab what to say to me. WORST COMPANY IVE EVER HAD THE DISSATISFACTION OF DEALING WITH!!
